| Requirements: | A Fellowship Leader is to direct the group to be intentional about experiencing fellowship through both on and off campus events. This main focus is to bring about church health by providing opportunities for relationships to deepen beyond the once/week meeting in the Sunday school room. |
| Responsibilities: | The primary responsibilities are to: • Hold at least one fellowship activity once a quarter on or off campus, where all members and guests are invited • Keep a focus for events to be culturally relevant while maintaining biblically sound ways in which fellowship can occur • Plan with the church for times when fellowship will be a main focus (special focus Sundays or weekends: Christmas fellowships) • Coordinate with the church staff and calendar for any resources that are needed for your fellowship time. • set a positive example for others by living as an authentic witness of Christ and being fully involved in the life and ministry of the church. |
