| Requirements: | A Ministry Leader is to direct the overall work of the class to be considered for current members as well as encouraging a missional attitude. A ministry leader works to ensure that the class is properly organized and mobilized for its mission of leading people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and building Great Commission Christians through involvement in evangelism, discipleship, fellowship, ministry, and worship. |
| Responsibilities: | The primary responsibilities are to: • Take roll of individuals on Sunday mornings • Contact the entire roll once a week • Attend GROW with your team once a month • Create a GROW team to help with ministry work • lead and coordinate inreach efforts among members that have special needs (this may include but not limited to: meals for members through life events; special visits, postcards, etc.) • lead and coordinate prayer ministry for group • communicate to Sunday School leadership curriculum needs based on class size • set a positive example for others by living as an authentic witness of Christ and being fully involved in the life and ministry of the church. |
